Requirements:

Knowledge of marching required to carry flags. . . training will be

provided . . .

PIPERS

Requirements:

Knowledge of marching, a wanting to be really loud, and a sense of

humour. We welcome all pipers from beginners to experts.

DRUMMERS

Requirements:

Knowledge of marching, experience in playing the snare drum or tenor

drum. You should also be able to count to four, at least.

All players (men or women) that are interested in joining the Edmonton

Transit Pipe Band must be 18 years of age or older. All players willing

to learn the above positions will be given free instruction by

experienced and qualified players.

New lessons in learning the bagpipes will begin early in 2012 a date has

not been decided at this time, lessons will be free but the practice

chanter you will have to purchase from the band.
